POLICIES:

*We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule or merge any classes with 2 or fewer attendees. If a class is canceled, we will contact you with reasonable amount of advanced notice.

*Please if you have any symptoms…sniffles, cough, stuffy, tummy troubles, RECENTLY VACCINATED, think it’s allergies, etc. Please don’t come to class or privates. Send us an email or call asap and let us know that you’re not feeling well. We’ll honor your class back to your account on case by case basis. We have a lot of clients/instructors immune compromised, going through cancer treatments, etc. and no one likes to get sick. So please out of respect for everyone. Please stay comfy and warm in your beds and keep everyone as healthy as we can! :)

*If it's your first time at the studio, please allow 10 minutes to fill out paper work.

*We are in a new location and sharing parking with 4 other businesses. Try to park if possible from the front door-the spaces to the right and there is 3 extra spaces that parallel Central Ave as well as parking up in the front lot.

*Please leave all personal items in your car including ALL phones, Apple watches and personal items. Classes get interrupted by phones going off during class, to be respectful to everyone please leave them in the car.

* Classes start on time. Please be respectful of others, we often have a waitlist. 

*Grip Socks are a requirement for the studio for your safety and for the cleanliness and stability on the machine. If you don't have any we have Toe Sox available for sale in the boutique!

*Disrespect, entitlement, rudeness, judging comments or any other actions derogatory towards instructors or fellow classmates is unacceptable. You will be asked to leave and banned from the studio. This is a no tolerance issue. Remember we are all here for health, wellness and a stress free hour of movement.

 *We have a STRICT 24 hour cancellation policy. Make sure to cancel within 24 hours or your account will be charged. If you don’t feel well. Please contact us, we can aways reschedule you.

*You are responsible for your own schedule. We spend hours fixing and adjusting people’s schedules for continual rescheduling. If you need to reschedule, just click the button in the app and rebook your class to your next desired time. Vagaro has great customer service as well if you’re really stuck and can’t work through lost passwords, etc. If you rather us control your schedule we do charge a $45 concierge fee per package.

*We DO NOT offer refunds for classes or merchandise. If you need to reschedule, the class will go back into your account to be used at a later date. Make sure to that you will be able to use all your classes in the time allotted, packages are not extended.

*If you are on the waitlist, and can't make class, be sure to take yourself off. If it moves you in to the class and you no show, your account will be charged.
