Beach Classes: 45 minute classes on the beach. Soak up the sun, sand, and salt air with your personally instructed mat class on our pristine beaches. Overlook the ocean while you build a stronger body, develop long lean muscles, increase core strength, and improve overall health and well-being. (June-September months only)
Reformer Classes: We only have 3 reformers so this is on a semi-private level! 45 minute classes using the reformers. Resistance and assistance training using the springs, jump boards, arcs, and sitting boxes for a full body workout. Gain strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, a strong core, while building those long lean muscles.
Advanced OR Cardio Reformer Classes: 45 minute classes using the reformers. Resistance and assistance training using props and the springs for an entire full body workout. Build core strength, balance, coordination, flexibility and lengthen muscles. Must have prior experience with reformer. Cardio reformer uses the jumpboards. **It adds intensity and cardio. If you have any knee or hip limitations, make sure you can handle this class before signing up to be fair to others taking the class for the intensity.
Studio Mat Classes: 45 minute classes on the mat using your body weight for resistance and assistance training. Focus on your core, lengthening muscles, flexibility, and balance. Some classes will also incorporate small equipment including balls, bands, magic circles, etc.
Springboard Classes: 45 minute classes using the springboards. The Springboard is the perfect balance between our Pilates floor work with the reformer. Exercises can be done seated, standing, kneeling, and lying down using resistance and assistance training. Classes will also help articulate the spine, strengthen weak back muscles, while also improving posture.
CoreAlign- Used for private sessions. The CoreAlign is designed to improve posture, balance and functional movement patterns. The CoreAlign method stimulates the core stability muscles to fire in perfect timing while performing challenging exercises, very deep stretches and core-controlled aerobic training.

BEACH CLASSES WILL BE CANCELED IF IT'S RAINING HEAVILY AND IF THERE IS ANY LIGHTENING OR THUNDER IN THE AREA THE LIFEGUARDS WILL NOT ALLOW US ANYWHERE NEAR THE BEACH. WE WILL POST ON FACEBOOK IF CLASS IS CANCELED. DURING WINTER MONTHS IF THERE IS HEAVY SNOW OR SCHOOLS ARE CANCELED, CLASSES WILL ALSO BE CANCELED.
