Personalized individual program using the mat and equipment. The most effective way to focus on your personal goals, needs, injuries and chronic concerns. 45 minute session. *must wear grippy toe socks on the reformer, we have some for sale in the boutique if you need them.*

• APPRENTICE INSTRUCTOR: $50

  (INSTRUCTOR HAS ALL THE HOURS OF COMPLETION OF CERTIFICATION. THEY ARE JUST WAITING TO BE ABLE TO TAKE THE WRITTEN EXAM THROUGH PILATES METHOD ALLIANCE.
