Ready to take your Pilates lifestyle to another level? Maybe you want to start teaching others or you need to build your practice to prevent injury or continue to rehabilitate past injuries? We have the program for you!

Teacher Training Sessions for 2019. Classes run in series of 20 hour weekends. Hours are split with 10 hour classes on Saturday and again Sunday. There will be two 15 minute breaks and 30 minutes for lunch each day. Equaling 80 hours of classroom time and then 370 hours of observation and teaching hours on your own time. Once you get your 450 hours, you can then take the final exam through PMA (Pilates Method Alliance) for your certification.

Cost is $1500 for the 80 hours/4 weekend sessions this includes materials needed for training. Options if paid in full, cost savings $200 for a cost of $1300 by November 15th. Or you can do a payment plan of 4 payments of $375. Full payment is due by January 15th, 2019.
